Hello

CT scan findings suggests small hypodense lesion in liver. It may be due to many reasons like adenoma, resolving abscess etc.
There is also a small hyper enhancing lesion in the liver,it may be due to hemangioma.
Generally these are benign lesions and in majority of the cases it only require follow up scan.

There is a large diverticulum in urinary bladder. It is due to out pouching of urinary bladder.
It is generally an incidental finding but it may cause complications like infection, calculus formation, reflux etc.Congenital or acquired diverticulum do not always require treatment if they are asymptomatic but if it is associated with complications then it may require treatment.

Get well soon.
Take Care
